Pro-Staff Physical Therapy in Rockaway is the best facility that I have ever been to. The therapists and staff are very professional and caring and they make you feel wanted and appreciated. My therapist Janette is exceptional and I would not trade her for anyone. Her goal is to ensure that the patient came in at a zero percent level and at the end of your treatment when you leave you leave at 110 percent. The other therapists are all great also but she had been my constant whenever I go there for over three years.I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a place to go and they can rest assure that the results will be achieved

I have been going to Pro Staff in Clifton for about a month. I am very happy with the service that I get there. Mitch is my physical therapist and he is always professional in his dealings with me. He is a personable young man and the interactions we have, always leave me with a good feeling.Before starting with Mitch, I hadn't exercised in a long time. He never pushes me too far but sets me up so that if I feel like it I will do extra reps. And that happens, most of the time. Finished my last session of 2.5 months of working on a heel spur/achilles tendon to get back to running again which I was able to confidently do with Kwaku's guidance and patience. He was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable in breaking down what I was feeling and why. All the exercises were explained to me keep me motivated and trusting the process. I would highly recommended Kwaku for physical therapy needs at Pro Staff Physical Therapy in Clifton, NJ.

Been to a few PT facilities over the years, However this one is the best. What sets them apart is their ability to listen to what is being said and care about me. The fact that the educational level of the therapist is high is part of it but each person has the desire to help me. I'm not left on my own I have plan and it's followed. All at the direction of my doctor. Give them a try and you like me will be impressed and your body will thank you.

I recently needed some urgent pain management care for neck and shoulders. The front desk staff were always friendly, they learn your name pretty quickly and are very understanding and accommodating.The physical therapists there have the right set of mind, attitude and care management practices! I was taught good practices for home so that when I recovered I could keep those exercises going and improve my neck and shoulder muscles. The care received was intuitive, genuine, not rushed and thorough!I know that if I needed care again in the future I will be going back.A personal shout-out to Kwaku for all you did! His knowledge and skill level is amazing! A lot of times without having to describe or even explain he knew where pain was coming from and always left me with a recommendation for at home exercises to help. He was a motivator, to keep you pushing towards your goal; all while being aware of when to take it easy. You made all the difference in my care, thank you!

TL;DR If you’re looking to improve your current physical situation, I highly recommend Pro staff physical therapy in Clifton! Best service from A-Z.Review:I was recommended to Pro Staff about a year ago but never got the chance to come in until recently this year. I’ve been having back problems that chiropractors could not resolve overtime, but ever since PT things have been improving.I work with Francis a daily basis and he’s someone that’s easy to work with, well spoken, takes his time explaining things and puts his clients first. For example, whenever I come with new issues, he takes his time to listen and do couple of workouts on affected areas. This makes me feel welcomed. Similarly, when Francis is busy with other clients, Arnold does an amazing job in taking over and ensuring I am guided throughout my sessions. I never leave this place disappointed or frustrated, in the contrary, I used to come frustrated because of my pain, but this has been changing.Everyone’s situation is different, but the service is always consistent, from front desk to therapists, everyone is friendly and engaging. Front desk does a great job to follow up on appointments and are able to accommodate scheduling based on availability.

Just finished my final day at physical therapy at Pro Staff in Clifton. I had an amazing four months with them! My therapist Frances was excellent! I learned so much from him and he was extremely patient with me too:). Arnold was such a great help also! Whenever I needed help at the machines he was right there. The entire staff is extremely pleasant and a joy to work with! I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs physical therapy!

I was very satisfied with my treatment at Pro Staff in Clifton. Dr. Mitch took the time to go through my entire injury history so that he was able to conceptualize a full treatment plan. Over the ensuing weeks he continually checked on my progress and gave me varied exercises to target new movements and build up strength in a progressive and healthy way. His doctor-patient style is excellent, always giving full attention when he is working with a patient. I'm extremely grateful to be back in running shape without any pain.In another phase of the Pro Staff experience, I was so thankful for the office staff who did everything they could to accommodate me during my time at Pro Staff. Dr. Mitchell Kun is the most outstanding Physical Therapist. When I came to Pro Staff, I was in very bad shape. I am a Type I diabetic. Had Covid Booster. Adverse side effects. Unable to walk.Excruciating pain. Unable to sleep. Blood sugars high. Had to have friends drive me. After 3 sessions Mitch had me driving again. I go 3 x weekly.Off days PT at home. Mitch is brilliant, compassionate, gives a clear understanding of PT being done. I was at Pro Staff before Covid. I am so happy to be able to function. All prior arthritic conditions such as sciatica right foot leg. Hip. Bursitis being addressed. I am blessed to have such a gifted physical therapist. All therapists & aides are very kind . I advise anyone who needs PT. To go here. You be healed. You must do the work.

I was referred to Pro Staff for physical therapy related to postpartum complications (diastasis recti), and due to my hectic schedule I was initially hesitant to make physical therapy a priority. I'm so glad that I did. Laura, my physical therapist, was fabulous (and fun!) to work with. Not only did we see significant improvement in the diastasis, the strength training exercises helped accelerate my postpartum recovery. And when I expressed that my knees were bothering me (an ongoing issue exacerbated by pregnancy), she took extra time to craft a workout plan to strengthen my quads, despite it not being related to the original doctor referral. It truly felt like I had been gifted a personal trainer. The atmosphere at Pro Staff is very uplifting and all of the staff are so fun to chat with. I really enjoyed the sense of camaraderie within the office. I highly recommend Laura and Pro Staff to anyone who is considering physical therapy. Thank you, Pro Staff!

I cannot recommend Dr. Laura DeLuca and the entire team at Pro Staff enough. From the moment I called over six months ago I knew I was in caring hands when they made sure I was seen the same day I called.Laura was able to set me on a path toward healing after various misdiagnosis and incredible pain due to three bad discs in my spine that were only investigated further because Laura took the time to actually listen to my symptoms and made the right recommendations. She even called me before my surgery to make sure I was okay and to say that they'd be ready to help me when I was through it all.Post surgery she has guided me every step of the way and the neck pain that had plagued me most of my adult life is basically gone and I'm steadily recovering my strength.Connor, Vanessa, Jasmen and the entire team truly care and I am thankful to have found them during a time I really needed their support.

I've been coming to Pro Staff for the last 6 months and the entire staff, in particular Laura my therapist have been nothing short of incredible. My injury required intense therapy. At times it was quite painful and discouraging, however Laura and the support staff never let me get down regardless of how difficult or insurmountable things felt. My recovery has progressed tremendously, and I attribute it to Pro Staff. They're fully invested in your recovery both physically and emotionally and I cannot recommend this facility and their amazing staff especially Laura enough.

This is Maria Rivera; I had surgery on my hip it was a tendon repair and the bursa was taken out. I had my surgery on March 30th. The first six weeks was for recovery, than six weeks of PT and going 3 days a week; walking in with a walker, than I used a cane. My Physical Therapist Laura was great; she doesn't fool around. I went back to work on July 5th and continued PT in the month of July. I just finished going 2 days week. It will take time; but the staff from the front desk to the staff that clean the beds and help with the machines are just wonderful and very helpful. The Therapist are very courteous and patient and know there stuff. I would recommend Pro Staff to anyone who needs the care. I will miss them. They do a very good job.

I had a great experience with Dr. Laura DeLuca. She helped me get my strength back after a difficult c-section recovery. I thought I would never feel like myself again but after a couple months of working with Laura, I finally feel like I’m living in my own body again! I’m so grateful for her expertise and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for postpartum PT. She is friendly and kind and really knows her stuff!

Laura DeLuca is amazing for prenatal physical therapy. At the start of my third trimester I started to experience severe round ligament pain where it was difficult to walk. I was so discouraged to think I would finish the last three months of pregnancy in pain! I was recommended to visit Laura by my OB office and I am so glad I did! After my first visit I was already feeling relief and the exercises provided were easy to do at home as well. I went to see Laura once a week basically until 37 weeks pregnant. I was able to feel strong and enjoy my daily walks up until delivery thanks to her help! I highly highly recommend!

The PT here is great and staff are friendly. The physical therapist Mitchell Kun is very good. He did an excellent job evaluating and supervising my therapy. He made sure I was doing the exercises properly, and gave me just the right exercises to strengthen my neck and shoulders. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. I have been a patient for 3 months and had a wonderful experience with Laura. She was fantastic! When I started going I was in so much pain with my neck. She is knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and just a great person. The staff at Pro Staff PT is truly incredible. I was recommended to this PT program by my doctor after getting into a car accident resulting in extreme whip lash and back pain. From the front desk to the PT assistants, everyone is super friendly and are always ready to lend a helping hand. My PT Kwaku was by far the best PT at Pro Staff. He was impeccable. He made sure to listen to all my questions and concerns about my injury and helped me alleviate my pain and re-gain my strength. He was extremely knowledgeable and he has a great sense of humor, which helps when your in pain. I left feeling not only better but stronger than I was pre-accident. I have been going to pro staff physical therapy for at least 5-6 months now . I started during my pregnancy with Laura for pelvic floor exercises and now i am continuing with postnatal exercises for the core and pelvic areas. All i can say is, she is the best! Before coming to this beautiful physical therapy spot, I was a broken, dysfunctional man with multiple injuries. I thought my athletic ability was eradicated and that I was going to be a shell of the man I once was, but due to the awe-inspiring talent and hard work of the staff, I was able to regain my vigor. Everyone was handy and helpful. I was provided with exceptional help and walked away healthier than I walked in. I had a fun time divulging into the science of physical therapy recovery.  I will surely return when my next injury or surgery arises, which will probably happen in the next couple of weeks or months. 10/10 experience, if I say so myself.

I followed my physical therapist Kwaku Opoku-Nsiah from another PT place because is is AMAZING. He really listens to you, and alters your phyical therapy based on how your body is feeling each session. He pushes you to do better but never pushes you too hard. I made so much progress on my knee injury that I started getting treatment from him for an old shoulder injury as well. Kwaku is really one of the very best at what he does. Working with him for injuries was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The staff at this location are wonderful, so friendly, caring and really very helpful. The other therapists really care about and work hard to help their patients recover quickly. I can't recommend this location enough!

I have been going to Prostaff for physical therapy following a total knee replacement. My therapist is Kwaku and he has been awesome in my recovery. He is diligent, encouraging, and so very kind. I owe my progress to him, as I was previously going to Kessler and they were nowhere near as attentive. The entire staff at this facility are wonderful, from the front desk ladies to the therapy assistants. Another perk is that they provide Uber service if you are unable to drive. I highly recommend Prostaff for physical therapy, it has been a most positive experience.

Great friendly staff all around. Kwaku is very attentive even when he is juggling several patients at the same time. He listens and speaks to you so well he might as well be a mental therapist too. He diagnosed my weak points and my shoulder pain has subsided following the exercises he has shown me.Would recommend.

This was my second experience at Pro Staff in Clifton and once again the staff was fantastic in my rehabilitation. If you have an injury this is where you want to be. I arrived with torn hamstring and calf muscles. My primary physical therapist was Mitchell Kun. A very dedicated, smiling and personable professional at his craft like all the therapists at Pro Staff. This extends to the office staff also helping with appointments, information and insurance questions. Mitch expertly guided me through progressing exercises and now I am back to full strength. Kwaku far exceeded my expectation for physical therapy. He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind while working your body for optimum movement. Not only does he have you do exercises but explains why you are doing the movement and what you hope to accomplish. It helped to be able to think the movements and the reason why while doing them. My weekly progress gave me the confidence to try harder and reach goals I had been unable to do. I finished my treatment with new ways to work out and assurance if I needed he is only a phone call away.

Excellent therapy practice. I am so thankful and lucky to have physical therapy after my shoulder rotor surgery. Dr. Mark Holmes and his assistants Pierro and Will make good team. I was not able to make any movement with my arm including fingers now I am able to drive and do all necessary movements. I recommend highly to everyone that if you like to be treated with genuine care and with professional skills for physical therapy see Dr. Mark Holmes for total recovery from your injury or surgery. Very happy with the services, I have been in for three problem areas over the years.Laura has worked with me, as well as Rodney, they both are knowledgeable and patient. I have also worked with Athena and Arthur when my schedule didn’t permit me to meet with my regular therapist and they are also good to work with. I have not had a bad experience with any therapist.The assistants (Sharif, Connor) are helpful and attentive.Recently dropped the mask requirements, but they still seem to be making an effort to sanitize equipment between uses.

So you have physical problems from an accident, job injury? I did, back in 2016 and I was totally impressed back then by the care I received at the Clifton office. Now in 2022, I'm back again for more repairs to my aging torso. Fortunately Athena is still there with her amazing hands and experience.Hats of to the caring, very professional staff at Pro Staff who continue to provide their excellent level of physical therapy and even mind relaxing support to their aching clients. Shoutout again to Athena, Arthur, Connor and the rest of the staff @ the Clifton office.

Pro Staff physical therapy is great. A visiting home PT I had suggested I go here when I was ready to move on to the next phase of my treatment.I had been to another PT clinic in the area years ago, though this is the best equipped, so glad this was referred to me. All the machines are well maintained and very clean. They do a great job at keeping their practice pristine.Muneer is my physical therapist and is the best. He answers any questions I may have, with detailed answers as to what I am feeling associated with my injury. He is very attentive and professional. So happy to be a patient.

Always a friendly atmosphere. Athena and the whole team @ Pro Staff, Clifton have been fabulous and so helpful. Since my back surgery in October my physical therapy has made a big difference. It’s a wonderful, clean, supportive place. Thank you !

I have been going to Pro Staff in Clifton twice a week for 4 months. The staff is exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable. Athena was my therapist and she set up a plan for me to do various exercises both there and at home. I have nothing but good things to say about Athena, she really knows how to do her job. I'am very pleased with the progress I made and would recommend this location to anyone.

These Physical Therapists are amazing here. They really make sure that you do what is needed to get better. I usually stick to the same therapist Arthur and he is very amazing and helpful. He makes sure that you leave feeling better than when you walked in.👍

Amazing. That is the only word that I can safely share here. I came with doubts about how they would help me for tackling a chronicle neck/shoulder issue. And in less than a month (twice a week) it has improved not saying gone completely. I'm extremely blessed to have found this practice and I can definitely recommend you guys to check it out.Muneer has been the extra mile fixing me. Thanks so much

I've been going to Pro Staff for about a year now and everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and super amazing especially Rebecca! She's been helping me since day one and out of all the PTs I've seen she's the best!!!!! I definitely recommend it here.👌 😀

I think that the therapists here are all great, but I can only speak directly of Jasmine from experience. She is great! Jasmine is professional, knowledgeable and cares about you holistically as a person. She always goes the extra mile. She’s super kind and has helped me tremendously on my road to recovery. I was in pretty bad shape when I first started working with her but I can see the progress so far. I'm so grateful to her for helping me get to where I am today. She’s the best!

Friendly, professional & very knowledgeable Staff. Easy access - ground level. Much more therapy equipment available than previous PT facilities I’ve used. Everyone wears masks, which is a plus with today’s pandemic. I was impressed to see all tables are sanitized after each use. I highly recommend Pro Staff as your PT Facility. Thank you.
