Chief Executive Officer
Michael Maffucci co-founded Pro Staff Physical Therapy in 2010. Originally the Director of Operations and a Board of Directors member, he is responsible for implementing the core structure of day-to-day management.
Dr. Carlos A. Ospina, PT, DPT
Chief Clinical Officer (CCO)
Dr. Carlos A. Ospina, PT, DPT earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from UMDNJ/Rutgers University in 2009.
Ewelina Dragone, PTA
Director of Marketing
As a PTA and Director of Marketing, Ewelina and her team act as liaisons between Pro Staff’s clinics and referring physicians.

Chief of Human Resources
Joseph DiVincenzo serves as a Business Development Consultant for Pro Staff Physical Therapy, helping to identify new opportunities and form strategic relationships for the company.
