I've been coming to Pro Staff for the last 6 months and the entire staff, in particular Laura my therapist have been nothing short of incredible. My injury required intense therapy. At times it was quite painful and discouraging, however Laura and the support staff never let me get down regardless of how difficult or insurmountable things felt. My recovery has progressed tremendously, and I attribute it to Pro Staff. They're fully invested in your recovery both physically and emotionally and I cannot recommend this facility and their amazing staff especially Laura enough.

This is Maria Rivera; I had surgery on my hip it was a tendon repair and the bursa was taken out. I had my surgery on March 30th. The first six weeks was for recovery, than six weeks of PT and going 3 days a week; walking in with a walker, than I used a cane. My Physical Therapist Laura was great; she doesn't fool around. I went back to work on July 5th and continued PT in the month of July. I just finished going 2 days week. It will take time; but the staff from the front desk to the staff that clean the beds and help with the machines are just wonderful and very helpful. The Therapist are very courteous and patient and know there stuff. I would recommend Pro Staff to anyone who needs the care. I will miss them. They do a very good job.

I had a great experience with Dr. Laura DeLuca. She helped me get my strength back after a difficult c-section recovery. I thought I would never feel like myself again but after a couple months of working with Laura, I finally feel like I’m living in my own body again! I’m so grateful for her expertise and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for postpartum PT. She is friendly and kind and really knows her stuff!

Laura DeLuca is amazing for prenatal physical therapy. At the start of my third trimester I started to experience severe round ligament pain where it was difficult to walk. I was so discouraged to think I would finish the last three months of pregnancy in pain! I was recommended to visit Laura by my OB office and I am so glad I did! After my first visit I was already feeling relief and the exercises provided were easy to do at home as well. I went to see Laura once a week basically until 37 weeks pregnant. I was able to feel strong and enjoy my daily walks up until delivery thanks to her help! I highly highly recommend!

Everyone here is super amazing (with treatment plans and in general), my first appointment I went in barely able to move and couldn’t even get in and out of bed and by my last appointment I had no pain and could do everything I used to be able to do again. The PT here is great and staff are friendly. The physical therapist Mitchell Kun is very good. He did an excellent job evaluating and supervising my therapy. He made sure I was doing the exercises properly, and gave me just the right exercises to strengthen my neck and shoulders. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He helped me recover and gave me confidence to run again. Thank you to the PT Mitchell Kun and all the PT staff in this establishment.

I have been a patient for 3 months and had a wonderful experience with Laura. She was fantastic! When I started going I was in so much pain with my neck. Laura worked on me, asked questions and adjusted her approach every time based on how I was progressing. Besides being fantastic at what she does, it was always fun going to appointments with Laura. All the therapists are helpful and Arthur, who has been my therapist through all my injuries, has kept me going and works to keep me strong and healthy by updating my workouts as needed. Pro Staff Physical Therapy of Clifton is highly recommended. I have been going there for the last 5 months for severe muscle weakness and dizziness and Laura Deluca has really brought me back to life. I have been going to Pro Staff Physical Therapy in Clifton for about a year now. I had both of my knees replaced, and have worked with Laura for both of them. She is knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and just a great person. With her help, I have progressed with my range of motion, and overall strength and would like to thank her for all that she has done for me. This is a great rehab facility, and Laura is a great physical therapist! The staff at Pro Staff PT is truly incredible. I was recommended to this PT program by my doctor after getting into a car accident resulting in extreme whip lash and back pain. From the front desk to the PT assistants, everyone is super friendly and are always ready to lend a helping hand. My PT Kwaku was by far the best PT at Pro Staff. He was impeccable. He made sure to listen to all my questions and concerns about my injury and helped me alleviate my pain and re-gain my strength. He was extremely knowledgeable and he has a great sense of humor, which helps when your in pain. I left feeling not only better but stronger than I was pre-accident. If you have the ability to, ask for Kwaku as your PT, you won't regret it!!

I have been going to pro staff physical therapy for at least 5-6 months now . I started during my pregnancy with Laura for pelvic floor exercises and now i am continuing with postnatal exercises for the core and pelvic areas. All i can say is, she is the best! Always motivated, energetic and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend Laura and pro staff to anyone who is looking for pelvic floor exercises or general physical therapy. Front desk is very helpful too! You won’t regret!

Before coming to this beautiful physical therapy spot, I was a broken, dysfunctional man with multiple injuries. I thought my athletic ability was eradicated and that I was going to be a shell of the man I once was, but due to the awe-inspiring talent and hard work of the staff, I was able to regain my vigor. Everyone was handy and helpful. I was provided with exceptional help and walked away healthier than I walked in. I had a fun time divulging into the science of physical therapy recovery.  I will surely return when my next injury or surgery arises, which will probably happen in the next couple of weeks or months. 10/10 experience, if I say so myself.

I followed my physical therapist Kwaku Opoku-Nsiah from another PT place because is is AMAZING. He really listens to you, and alters your phyical therapy based on how your body is feeling each session. He pushes you to do better but never pushes you too hard. I made so much progress on my knee injury that I started getting treatment from him for an old shoulder injury as well. Kwaku is really one of the very best at what he does. Working with him for injuries was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The staff at this location are wonderful, so friendly, caring and really very helpful. The other therapists really care about and work hard to help their patients recover quickly. I can't recommend this location enough!

I have been going to Prostaff for physical therapy following a total knee replacement. My therapist is Kwaku and he has been awesome in my recovery. He is diligent, encouraging, and so very kind. I owe my progress to him, as I was previously going to Kessler and they were nowhere near as attentive. The entire staff at this facility are wonderful, from the front desk ladies to the therapy assistants. Another perk is that they provide Uber service if you are unable to drive. I highly recommend Prostaff for physical therapy, it has been a most positive experience.

Great friendly staff all around. Kwaku is very attentive even when he is juggling several patients at the same time. He listens and speaks to you so well he might as well be a mental therapist too. He diagnosed my weak points and my shoulder pain has subsided following the exercises he has shown me.Would recommend.

This was my second experience at Pro Staff in Clifton and once again the staff was fantastic in my rehabilitation. If you have an injury this is where you want to be. I arrived with torn hamstring and calf muscles. My primary physical therapist was Mitchell Kun. A very dedicated, smiling and personable professional at his craft like all the therapists at Pro Staff. This extends to the office staff also helping with appointments, information and insurance questions. Mitch expertly guided me through progressing exercises and now I am back to full strength. Kwaku far exceeded my expectation for physical therapy. He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind while working your body for optimum movement. Not only does he have you do exercises but explains why you are doing the movement and what you hope to accomplish. It helped to be able to think the movements and the reason why while doing them. My weekly progress gave me the confidence to try harder and reach goals I had been unable to do. I finished my treatment with new ways to work out and assurance if I needed he is only a phone call away.

Excellent therapy practice. I am so thankful and lucky to have physical therapy after my shoulder rotor surgery. Dr. Mark Holmes and his assistants Pierro and Will make good team. I was not able to make any movement with my arm including fingers now I am able to drive and do all necessary movements. I recommend highly to everyone that if you like to be treated with genuine care and with professional skills for physical therapy see Dr. Mark Holmes for total recovery from your injury or surgery. I am very satisfied by their expertise.

Very happy with the services, I have been in for three problem areas over the years.Laura has worked with me, as well as Rodney, they both are knowledgeable and patient. I have also worked with Athena and Arthur when my schedule didn’t permit me to meet with my regular therapist and they are also good to work with. I have not had a bad experience with any therapist.The assistants (Sharif, Connor) are helpful and attentive.Recently dropped the mask requirements, but they still seem to be making an effort to sanitize equipment between uses.

So you have physical problems from an accident, job injury? I did, back in 2016 and I was totally impressed back then by the care I received at the Clifton office. Now in 2022, I'm back again for more repairs to my aging torso. Fortunately Athena is still there with her amazing hands and experience.Hats of to the caring, very professional staff at Pro Staff who continue to provide their excellent level of physical therapy and even mind relaxing support to their aching clients. Pro Staff physical therapy is great. A visiting home PT I had suggested I go here when I was ready to move on to the next phase of my treatment.I had been to another PT clinic in the area years ago, though this is the best equipped, so glad this was referred to me. All the machines are well maintained and very clean. They do a great job at keeping their practice pristine.Muneer is my physical therapist and is the best. He answers any questions I may have, with detailed answers as to what I am feeling associated with my injury. He is very attentive and professional. So happy to be a patient.

I have been going to Pro Staff in Clifton twice a week for 4 months. The staff is exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable. Athena was my therapist and she set up a plan for me to do various exercises both there and at home. I have nothing but good things to say about Athena, she really knows how to do her job. I'am very pleased with the progress I made and would recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing. That is the only word that I can safely share here. I came with doubts about how they would help me for tackling a chronicle neck/shoulder issue. And in less than a month (twice a week) it has improved not saying gone completely. I think that the therapists here are all great, but I can only speak directly of Jasmine from experience. She is great! Jasmine is professional, knowledgeable and cares about you holistically as a person. She always goes the extra mile. She’s super kind and has helped me tremendously on my road to recovery. I was in pretty bad shape when I first started working with her but I can see the progress so far. I'm so grateful to her for helping me get to where I am today. She’s the best!

Friendly, professional & very knowledgeable Staff. Easy access - ground level. Much more therapy equipment available than previous PT facilities I’ve used. I have been going to Pro Staff for physical therapy for more than two months now. All of the physical therapists that worked on me have been kind and attentive. In particular, Athena has has exceeded my expectations in helping me with my recovery. Thanks to her help, I have healed more quickly than I expected. All staff members are also very helpful in finding appointments that fit my schedule. Cleanliness is a priority for the physical therapists and aides at Pro Staff, and everyone wears masks. Parking is plentiful, and the location is convenient. I recommend Pro Staff's physical therapists without reservation!

Rebecca and Arthur have been the best therapists I have had in my entire life - 83 years of it - and they have helped put me back on track after a long two years of pain misery and finally, liberating hip replacement surgery:Rebecca with her gentle but firm care and Arthur with his no nonsense,"do it already - push a little harder" care. One of the best places. I had two PTs before coming here pro staff in Clifton, they didn't know how to treat the pain. However, Dr. Rebecca figures out pain from the muscles and helps them recover. She has a lot of patience and care a lot to make sure the patient recovers well. And Vanessa on the desk team is also very friendly and puts patients at ease.Overall, Pro Staff has pro staff.

If you are coming out from knee surgery, this is the place you want to be to get your physical therapy. Not only is the staff professional and knowledgeable, but you see how good they guide you to your recovery. Zach is the best when it comes to your recovery. With his help I was able to progress rapidly, he got me walking without crutches in no time and has progressively help me recover the strength back in my knee. The staff is also very accommodating when it comes to appointments, they were always willing to give me the appointment time that I needed. Overall, I can say this has been the best physical therapy place I have been to, and I have been to several throughout the years. This is place is so good that if I were to injure myself again I would come running back here to get some help.
