Arthur Carlotti, PTA, earned his Associate’s degree at Cerritos Community College and has been a licensed practitioner for 20 years honing his skills in the field of outpatient orthopedics. An avid weightlifter, Arthur is also a certified weight trainer with International Weightlifting Association (IWA ) and has held Personal Training Certifications with the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and the National Association of Sports Medicine.
