Attended PT for approximately 10 weeks due to a calf injury. My therapist, Connor, was great. He communicated with me and adapted the exercises as I progressed. He explained things in detail, and helped me gain confidence to return to the gym and sports. The other staff members were also friendly and scheduling appointments were easy. Highly recommend.

Pro-Staff Physical Therapy in Rockaway is the best facility that I have ever been to. The therapists and staff are very professional and caring and they make you feel wanted and appreciated. My therapist Janette is exceptional and I would not trade her for anyone. Her goal is to ensure that the patient came in at a zero percent level and at the end of your treatment when you leave you leave at 110 percent. The other therapists are all great also but she had been my constant whenever I go there for over three years.I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a place to go and they can rest assure that the results will be achieved

I have been going to Pro Staff in Clifton for about a month. I am very happy with the service that I get there. Mitch is my physical therapist and he is always professional in his dealings with me. He is a personable young man and the interactions we have, always leave me with a good feeling.Before starting with Mitch, I hadn't exercised in a long time. He never pushes me too far but sets me up so that if I feel like it I will do extra reps. And that happens, most of the time. Finished my last session of 2.5 months of working on a heel spur/achilles tendon to get back to running again which I was able to confidently do with Kwaku's guidance and patience. He was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable in breaking down what I was feeling and why. All the exercises were explained to me keep me motivated and trusting the process. Been to a few PT facilities over the years, However this one is the best. What sets them apart is their ability to listen to what is being said and care about me. The fact that the educational level of the therapist is high is part of it but each person has the desire to help me. I'm not left on my own I have plan and it's followed. All at the direction of my doctor. Give them a try and you like me will be impressed and your body will thank you.

I recently needed some urgent pain management care for neck and shoulders. The front desk staff were always friendly, they learn your name pretty quickly and are very understanding and accommodating.The physical therapists there have the right set of mind, attitude and care management practices! I was taught good practices for home so that when I recovered I could keep those exercises going and improve my neck and shoulder muscles. The care received was intuitive, genuine, not rushed and thorough!I know that if I needed care again in the future I will be going back.A personal shout-out to Kwaku for all you did! His knowledge and skill level is amazing! A lot of times without having to describe or even explain he knew where pain was coming from and always left me with a recommendation for at home exercises to help. He was a motivator, to keep you pushing towards your goal; all while being aware of when to take it easy. You made all the difference in my care, thank you!

Best service from A-Z.Review:I was recommended to Pro Staff about a year ago but never got the chance to come in until recently this year. I’ve been having back problems that chiropractors could not resolve overtime, but ever since PT things have been improving.I work with Francis a daily basis and he’s someone that’s easy to work with, well spoken, takes his time explaining things and puts his clients first. For example, whenever I come with new issues, he takes his time to listen and do couple of workouts on affected areas. This makes me feel welcomed. Similarly, when Francis is busy with other clients, Arnold does an amazing job in taking over and ensuring I am guided throughout my sessions. I never leave this place disappointed or frustrated, in the contrary, I used to come frustrated because of my pain, but this has been changing.Everyone’s situation is different, but the service is always consistent, from front desk to therapists, everyone is friendly and engaging. Front desk does a great job to follow up on appointments and are able to accommodate scheduling based on availability.

Just finished my final day at physical therapy at Pro Staff in Clifton. I had an amazing four months with them! My therapist Frances was excellent! I learned so much from him and he was extremely patient with me too:). Arnold was such a great help also! Whenever I needed help at the machines he was right there. I was very satisfied with my treatment at Pro Staff in Clifton. Dr. Mitch took the time to go through my entire injury history so that he was able to conceptualize a full treatment plan. Over the ensuing weeks he continually checked on my progress and gave me varied exercises to target new movements and build up strength in a progressive and healthy way. His doctor-patient style is excellent, always giving full attention when he is working with a patient. I'm extremely grateful to be back in running shape without any pain.In another phase of the Pro Staff experience, I was so thankful for the office staff who did everything they could to accommodate me during my time at Pro Staff. Dr. Mitchell Kun is the most outstanding Physical Therapist. When I came to Pro Staff, I was in very bad shape. I am a Type I diabetic. Had Covid Booster. Adverse side effects. Unable to walk.Excruciating pain. Unable to sleep. Blood sugars high. Had to have friends drive me. After 3 sessions Mitch had me driving again. I go 3 x weekly.Off days PT at home. Mitch is brilliant, compassionate, gives a clear understanding of PT being done. I was at Pro Staff before Covid. I am so happy to be able to function. All prior arthritic conditions such as sciatica right foot leg. Hip. Bursitis being addressed. I am blessed to have such a gifted physical therapist. All therapists & aides are very kind . I advise anyone who needs PT. To go here. You be healed. You must do the work.

I was referred to Pro Staff for physical therapy related to postpartum complications (diastasis recti), and due to my hectic schedule I was initially hesitant to make physical therapy a priority. I'm so glad that I did. Laura, my physical therapist, was fabulous (and fun!) to work with. Not only did we see significant improvement in the diastasis, the strength training exercises helped accelerate my postpartum recovery. And when I expressed that my knees were bothering me (an ongoing issue exacerbated by pregnancy), she took extra time to craft a workout plan to strengthen my quads, despite it not being related to the original doctor referral. It truly felt like I had been gifted a personal trainer. The atmosphere at Pro Staff is very uplifting and all of the staff are so fun to chat with. I really enjoyed the sense of camaraderie within the office. I highly recommend Laura and Pro Staff to anyone who is considering physical therapy. Thank you, Pro Staff!
