My experience at Pro Staff Montclair has been and continues to be excellent. Director, Dr. Michael Streifer is extremely knowledgeable of the academics of physical therapy. His therapy is based on the current research in the field. He is consciousness and has a high work ethic. He is a role model to his staff and his physical therapy interns. Director, Dr. Connor McCormick ensures ProStaff runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively under his leadership. I am an ambassador for Connor and Prostaff. He is a gifted physical therapist. My physical therapist, Dr. Michael Streifer is senior clinical education instructor and residency faculty member which requires him to travel throughout the country training physical therapists. Prostaff is fortunate to have him. All physical therapists at Prostaff in Montclair are amazing!Prostaff would be inoperable without Manasi, Bethany, Nikko, Simone and EJ, physical therapy aides including Renata, front desk manager and Natalie front desk associate. Most recently as a a patient for both pre and post surgical recovery for a total knee replacement, I am seen by Dr. Connor McCormick, director and Dr. Michael Strafer , Sr. Clinical Instructor. Dr. McCormick balances patient care along with overseeing the day to day operation of the clinic. Dr. Straefer balances his teaching load with patient care. Both therapists need to be commended for their passion to their profession and demonstrating the importance in developing a patient-therapist rapore which is so important. They are role models!The clinic prides itself in hiring highly skilled therapists using state of the art and research based techniques. Each physical therapist is razor focused developing and personalizing an individual treatment plan. They ensure the patient understands the treatment plan and the research behind it.The support staff (Renata, front desk manager; Natalie, front desk associate; Manasi, Bethany and Simone, physical therapy aides) work seamlessly with the physical therapists ensuring a pleasant, welcoming and warm environment. Their positions are demanding requiring attention to detail. They are superior!
