I have been coming to this clinic for well over a year. With a variety of problems, from lower back surgery recovery, to upper and cervical back problems. I was never disappointed once in this shop. Everything is high standard from the quality of care, the relationship and rapport they develop with the patient, all the way to the attention to details of every exercise. This clinic is just spectacular. Dr. Karishma is fantastic, she works really hard amd dedicates enough time with every patient. She watches everyone do the exercises and monitors closely how the form is. She is very friendly and gentle, and never runs out of fun stories to share. Aaron, the PTA is a great guy, he is friendly, down to earth, and so easily approachable. Neither make you feel pressured or dumb if you ask lots of questions, and both are very patient and considerate. The front desk lady, Suhad, is so well-organized and diligent with appointment scheduling. Never had a problem with insurance paperwork or pre-auth. I highly recommend this clinic, great individuals working there, which is why I still go there after a full year of PT!
