I am a varsity high school basketball player, and I suffered quite a big muscle hematoma on my calf and was out for 4 games including a loss in a state game. That’s when I found about Pro-Staff and first visited them. They helped me out a lot and were super nice to talk to and bond with along the way. Pro-Staff pt helped me gain my strength in my calf and get back to jumping high and dunking in basketball, getting ready for the upcoming sports.

I came into the Pro Staff PT Parsippany location after being referred by my orthopedist for severe lower back pain. I was limping, in pain, and felt miserable after being unable to do my normal activities for over a month. After just one session with Drew my pain had decreased from a 6-8 to about a 3-4, and about 2 weeks later I felt like myself again. It was the most unbelievable thing I’ve ever experienced. Drew was extremely patient with me and gradually worked to improve my pain , showing me better ways to do things I had been doing that ultimately contributed to my pain. Adriana and his staff were also incredibly patient and kind. I am extremely grateful for Pro Staff and Dr. Drew Justus, and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I’m currently about two months into my second experience with ProStaff Montclair. I am a patient of Giuliana’s and she is amazing. She is knowledgeable, patient, caring and really pushes me and holds me accountable. I would not be where I am at this stage of my post-op healing without her. The entire staff is truly the same. I had a Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) Surgery performed in late October. I came to PRO Staff Physical Therapy based on reviews like the one I'm writing now to make others aware of the special care that I've received there. Roger, the therapist, and his staff have been welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in being able to treat me on my road to recovery. At the time of this review, I feel great and am close to fully recovering. Roger has created a plan that is specific to my needs. From exercise to massage therapy and patiently explaining all of my concerns, it's been an amazing experience for me. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing pre or post surgery recovery. I highly recommend Prostaff in Rockaway. The therapists, Drew, Janette and Bri are all friendly, professional and very helpful. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxed, there were never more than a handful of clients there at a time, so you get plenty of attention throughout the whole session. The front desk staff are always helpful and friendly and welcome you every time. If I ever need PT again I know where to go and I will recommend them to everyone.

Jacklyn Frasca, my physical therapist, was incredibly attentive and modified my exercises to address my pain levels. I suffered from shoulder muscle and connective tissue pain, stemming from long covid, and was prescribed PT by my orthopedist. My experience at Pro Staff in Montclair was extremely good. It’s a relatively small place, not huge and crazy like other places. Lucas, my primary PT person, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and directly involved in every step. The assistants were great too, with a special shout out to Bethany who kept everything moving, organized and managed to it keep it light and fun. Highly recommended!

Two months ago I got ACL reconstruction surgery and since Pro Staff has helped me recover from a car accident a few years ago I figured this would be a good place to recover after my ACL surgery. I didn’t know the ride I was getting on until I was going through it and now I only think about how lucky I was to have Erin as my physical therapist. From day one when I walked into the office on my crutches barely able to walk yet alone bend my knee, I knew that Erin was going to help me heal and she has done that and more since. I was definitely a difficult patient for Erin considering I had just had surgery and have never gone through anything this mentally and physically challenging before, but she put up with me and never let me give up on myself when I had every reason to. I will forever be so grateful to her. Besides that, she stood by and helped me during my worst times and I don’t really think that there was anybody else fit for that job.Erin is amazing in every way. She will push you to go harder because she knows you can pull one more time or that you can push to do another rep. She believes in you more than you do yourself and I think that’s what makes her exceptional and amazing. I would not be where I am today without her and the amazing community that helps her. I have made impeccable progress and will only continue to get better and that is because of Erin’s support and care that she has for her patients. Jessica and Rebecca both listened to all concerns and tailored my therapy to fit my needs. I would highly recommend PT Solutions in Parsippany. I came in with moderate to severe pain and reduced range of motion in my shoulder and elbows and Drew was able to improve my mobility to 95% with signficant improvement in my pain.
