Dr. Carlos A. Ospina, PT, DPT earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from UMDNJ/Rutgers University in 2009.
Dr. Thomas A. Koc Jr., PT, DPT, Ph.D., CIMT
Director of Clinical Education
Dr. Thomas A. Koc, Jr graduated from Seton Hall University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011.
Dr. Jessica Howard, PT, DPT, OCS
Director of Oakland
Dr. Jessica Howard, originally from Boston, received her bachelor’s of science in Biology and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University.
Dr. Nicole Stodolak, PT, DPT
Director of Rockaway
Dr. Nicole Stodolak, PT, DPT obtained her doctorate degree of physical therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ in 2011.

Director of Passaic
Dr. Jason Martinez is a 2014 graduate of UMDNJ/ Rutgers University School of Physical Therapy.
Dr. Zach Cogavin, PT, DPT
Director of Clifton
Dr. Zach Cogavin is director of the Clifton NJ physical therapy center. He holds a BS in Biology from William Paterson University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from UMDNJ/Rutgers. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Dr. Karolina Adamkiewicz, PT, DPT
Director of Lyndhurst
Dr. Karolina Adamkiewicz is a New Jersey State-licensed Physical Therapist who received her B.A. in Biology at Kean University in 2014. She completed her professional training at Sacred Heart University where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017.

Dr. Michael Durante graduated from Seton Hall University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015.
Dr. Shulamit Lerman, PT, DPT
Director of Parsippany
Dr. Shulamit “Shully” Lerman has been practicing as a physical therapist for 18 years, practicing in the United States and Israel. She earned her Bachelor’s of Biology from Kean University and later her Masters in Physical Therapy at Rutgers University, both in New Jersey.

Athena Throckmorton earned her Bachelor of Psychology Degree with a minor in Biology at Kean University.
Dr. Rebecca Callahan, PT, DPT
Dr. Rebecca Callahan PT, DPT earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica College in 2011.

Dr. Jasmine Scarborough PT, DPT earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University in 2017.

Ana Carolina Hidalgo graduated from the University of Miami in Miami, FL with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Spanish before obtaining her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University in Concord, NH.
Dr. Alisha Shah, PT, DPT
Dr. Alisha Shah earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of the Sciences. Her clinical experiences allowed her to treat a variety of patients in both the outpatient and home care settings.
Dr. Laura DeLuca, PT
Dr. Laura DeLuca enjoys working with patients of all ages with various orthopedic injuries. Her treatment approach consists of addressing the whole body.
Dr. Todd Zafonte, PT, DPT, CSCS
Dr. Todd Zafonte is a physical therapist at Pro Staff and the Director of our Nutley Location. His professional background is rooted in exercise science and he enjoys helping patients achieve the best recovery possible.
Dr. Chris Durante, PT, DPT
Dr. Chris Durante a physical therapist with Pro Staff Physical Therapy. Using his background as a personal trainer, he is passionate in treating the whole body to improve patient functionality and quality of life.
Dr. Michael Streifer, PT, DPT
Michael Streifer graduated from Rutgers University in 2018 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He also has an Advanced Research Certification and is currently a published author in the esteemed Journal of Orthopedic and Sports Therapy (JOSPT).
Occupational Therapists (OT)
Annie Barnett, OTR/L
Annie Barnett, OTR/L, CHT has over 13 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings. She attained her certification in hand therapy from the HTCC in 2013. She graduated from Mercy College with a Master of Science in “Occupational Therapy” in 2007 after earning a Bachelor of Science in “Health Science” from Mercy College in 2004 as well as a Bachelor of Arts in “Communication” from University of Scranton in 2002.
Paul Giordano, OTR/L
Paul is an Occupational Therapist from Bergen County, NJ who received his Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Scranton in 2016. While at Scranton, Paul excelled as a student as well as a student leader, graduating Cum Laude in both undergraduate and graduate degrees while serving as a Resident Assistant and class representative for SOTA, the student occupational therapy association.

Director of Marketing
As a PTA and Director of Marketing, Ewelina and her team act as liaisons between Pro Staff’s clinics and referring physicians.
Arthur Carlotti, PTA
Arthur Carlotti, PTA, earned his Associate’s degree at Cerritos Community College and has been a licensed practitioner for 20 years honing his skills in the field of outpatient orthopedics.
Janette Villacorta, PTA
Janette Villacorta earned her Associates Degree of Physical Therapy Assistant from Union County College in 2015, since then she has worked in outpatient settings.
