The Pro Staff Institute and Physical Therapy Center of Nutley proudly attended the seventh annual Health and Fitness Exposition, on June 22.

MetLife Stadium saw an estimated 40,000 attendees over the free two-day event. Motivational speakers, health professionals, and fitness guru’s crowded the expo to share their knowledge and tips. Demonstrations for healthier cooking, free health tests, and screenings were also offered to attendees.

The expo also hosted on-field activities including Yoga, Zumba, CrossFit, zip-line rides, rock climbing, and gymnastics. Additionally, attendees were treated to a tour of the Giants’ locker room and the opportunity to meet news, sports, and weather personalities.

NBC 4’s Bruce Beck and Telemundo 47’s Verónica Contreras opened Saturday before Giants offensive tackle, Nate Solder, made an appearance.

ProStaff had a large kiosk at the expo because we believe outreach and education are critical to the overall health and wellness of our community. This event was the perfect way to remind people to be proactive about their health.

The event was presented by NBC 4 New York and Telemundo 47, hosted by Quest Diagnostics and the New York Giants.
