Went to ProStaff Montclair for a full biceps tendon rupture. My primary PT was Mike, however I also had the pleasure of working with Alex and Giuliana. From the front desk to all the physical therapists and aides, everyone is welcoming, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Pro Staff PT is a great place to go if you have damage to your body from sports, or if you have had aches and pains that affect your daily life , including pain in shoulders, hips , connective tissue in general. Pro Staff at this location are very helpful and receptive to the needs of their patients. Dr. Erin took great care of my shoulder and neck issues. Office staff and assistants are also great , friendly , very attentive. Over all a good experience, I felt like I made decent progress my last 24 sessions.

Erin is awesome and has helped me regain my range of motion and strength after my rotator cuff surgery. The other assistants, Connor and Jordan, who work there are really great as well.The office is 5 stars but unfortunately the hospital that took over the practice billing, St. Joseph's, is terrible and is a huge hassle to deal with them when it comes to billing. This is not the fault of anyone at the practice, but it's a shame that it's something annoying to have to deal with when the practice itself is really great.

I cannot thank Drew Justus enough for the incredible care he has provided me during my recovery journey. This past December, I fell down the stairs and suffered multiple ankle fractures along with extensive ligament damage. After emergency surgery where I received 11 screws and a plate, I was non-weight bearing for 11 weeks. I started working with Drew in the Parsippany Location 4 weeks post-op, focusing on improving my range of motion so that once I began weight-bearing, I would be ready to go.Drew’s expertise and dedication have truly made all the difference in my recovery. He tailored every session to target my pain points and provided helpful suggestions that really made a difference in my progress. I began weight-bearing a month ago and I am already walking unassisted again! I came into the Pro Staff PT Parsippany location after being referred by my orthopedist for severe lower back pain. I was limping, in pain, and felt miserable after being unable to do my normal activities for over a month. After just one session with Drew my pain had decreased from a 6-8 to about a 3-4, and about 2 weeks later I felt like myself again. It was the most unbelievable thing I’ve ever experienced. Drew was extremely patient with me and gradually worked to improve my pain , showing me better ways to do things I had been doing that ultimately contributed to my pain. Adriana and his staff were also incredibly patient and kind. Two months ago I got ACL reconstruction surgery and since Pro Staff has helped me recover from a car accident a few years ago I figured this would be a good place to recover after my ACL surgery. I didn’t know the ride I was getting on until I was going through it and now I only think about how lucky I was to have Erin as my physical therapist. From day one when I walked into the office on my crutches barely able to walk yet alone bend my knee, I knew that Erin was going to help me heal and she has done that and more since. I was definitely a difficult patient for Erin considering I had just had surgery and have never gone through anything this mentally and physically challenging before, but she put up with me and never let me give up on myself when I had every reason to. I will forever be so grateful to her. Besides that, she stood by and helped me during my worst times and I don’t really think that there was anybody else fit for that job.Erin is amazing in every way. She will push you to go harder because she knows you can pull one more time or that you can push to do another rep. She believes in you more than you do yourself and I think that’s what makes her exceptional and amazing. I would not be where I am today without her and the amazing community that helps her. This is by far one of the best PT centers I have been too. Julianna is amazing and is helping me heal post surgery. I couldn’t have made it without her and the wonderful team at Pro. The location I go to in Montclair is by far one of the best PT centers I have been too and Julianna is a rock star. She is knowledgeable and professional. The staff is friendly, kind and caring. Wow this place is the best place I’ve been in, the staff are amazing people super duper knowledgeable and friendly, I was on pain lumbar under my waist and they helped me heal with the exercises, I love this place and I highly recommend it. Thank you guys!!!
